It is important as well to educate their families about what they are going through. Their families or support group play a great role in this healing process. They may be the answer or they may be the problem. They can contribute to the healing process or worsen it. We might as well prevent the latter, don’t we?

Therapist can be expensive but what’s good about it is patients are coached. But you can always opt to do natural remedies, anyway.. Natural remedies are also good and the effect is long-term.
