So how do you practice positive visualization? Here are the ways.

For example, while in the middle of an examination and you feel anxiety taking over you, simply tell yourself that everything will be okay and you will overcome the test.   • Next step is to project positive images and scenarios in your mind. Think about the things and events that you would want to happen. Paint a picture of success and happiness in your mind and always retain those images to keep your mind healthy and having positive vibes.
